Both of these offer free and paid e-mail. Theyareboth perfectly good, but you need to be careful about junk mail. Usually, at the end of the forms you fill out, there are a couple of boxes already checked for you: one is to put your address in the address book, the other is to ask them to send you advertising emails. If you do not want to get a lot of unsolicited mail, uncheck these boxes before you submit your form.
